Monday, June 23 is Olympic Day.

As part of the celebrations for the day, the International Olympic Committee is launching a campaign to promote movement every day not just on Olympic Day. 

The Faculty of Sport takes this opportunity to invite the campus community to Move on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

Meeting point is in front of the Phillip Sherlock Centre.  We start off with light aerobics then 2 laps around the ring road.

Please come with your filled water bottles, a friend, and let’s MOVE!!!
